# Discover and your plugins' visibility

> Who sees your plugins, and how to keep them to yourself.

## What is Discover?

[Discover](https://minax.fun/en/discover) gathers the plugins published on Minax. Each one has its page, with its description and a **Download** button. Anyone can browse them.

## Will my plugin be public?

A new plugin starts private. As soon as it works on the test server, it shows up by itself in Discover, **without your username**. What becomes visible to everyone: its name, a description written by AI from its code and your request, its images, its code and its .jar file.

> Do not put your real name, your age or personal information in your projects.

## How do I show my username?

In **Share**, click **Show my username**. **Hide my username** removes it.

## How do I make a plugin private?

In **Share**, click **Make it private**. Private mode comes with a credit pack paid since 20 October 2026 that is still valid (36 months). A pack refunded in full, withdrawn or disputed no longer opens it.

To keep all your new plugins private, tick **Keep my new plugins private** in [Account settings](https://docs.minax.fun/en/account/account-settings.md). This choice also comes with a paid pack that is still valid.

> A subscription you already have keeps private mode. A top-up bought before automatic publishing started keeps it too, until it expires.
