Words to know

  • Project: one plugin, with its chat, its files and its versions.
  • Chat: where you describe your idea and ask for changes.
  • Credit: what pays for Minax’s work.
  • Test server: a real Minecraft server started for you for a few minutes, with your plugin already installed.
  • .jar: your plugin’s file, to put in your server’s plugins folder.

What Minax does not do yet

  • Mods (Fabric, Forge) and anything installed in the players’ own game.
  • Minecraft Bedrock.
  • Proxy plugins (Velocity, BungeeCord).
  • Hosting a permanent server: the test server is for trying things, a few minutes at a time.
  • Taking the code of an existing plugin (.jar, .zip, GitHub) to change it.
