How do I pay?
When you start a build with no credits, the pack choice opens in the chat, next to your request. You can also go through Settings, Plans & Billing, or the Pricing page. Payment happens on Stripe’s secure page, once: nothing renews. Outside the European Union, Stripe may offer to charge you in your currency. The converted amount includes conversion fees of 2 to 4%, shown before you pay. What happens after payment?
- Payment received: you get the confirmation by email, then your request’s build starts by itself.
- Payment sometimes takes a few seconds to register: the page tells you.
- You came back without paying: nothing was taken, your request is waiting.
